MTB Benefit Races at Loma Rica Ranch (2010)

Debuting over 5 miles of xcountry trails, phenomenal hilly and flowy single and two track course through forest, in the Sierra foothills. This is a benefit event, introducing a new course created summer of 2009 by Youth Bicyclists of Nevada County Foundation’s Trail Stewardship Program. Over 900 recorded volunteer hours of school bike club teens, parents, other non-profit volunteers, contractors working together as a team. This a one of a kind course that meanders thru tall pines, old madrone stands, meadow edge, ranch road connectors, creekside, and horsetrack. Loma Rica Ranch is on 127 gorgeous acres for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Bring your bikes, helmet, camping chairs, hat, cow bells, and have a fun day of races".

Come and join us for a fun evening program! Dinner/speaker/auction/raffle. “Horn of the Bull” famous pulled pork or marinated chicken tacos, salad, rice & beans. Band is “Crazy Harris Band”, auction/raffle items from local Nevada Co. artwork, photography artwork by Robert Lowe Photography, bike like items, etc.
