The MTB Madness is at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA featuring a course with scenic single track trails and double track trails to ride on, and is the Championship Race in our Spring MTB Series. Included for each athlete is TBF cycling hat, an athlete goody bag, hot post race meal and free coffee, water, FLUID recovery drink and RedBull energy drink.

The MTB Challenge race will be the fourth and final of our Four-Race Series (MTB Kickstart, MTB Classic, MTB Challenge, MTB Madness) for which we will have Series Champions in each Division. To be eligible for the Series Championship you must race all four events.

Junior (14-under), HS Novice: : 1 lap/8 miles | Novice and Clydesdale: 2 laps/16 miles | Sport/Single-Speed/HS Sport 3 laps/24 miles | Expert/Pro/SS Expert/Pro: 4 laps/32 miles

Cost: $45 until 12/31/14, $50 until race day, $50 race day, under 18: $35 until 12/31/14, $40 until race day, $45 race day
Course Description: The MTB Madness race course is on multi-use trails within the Granite Bay State Park on Folsom Lake. The course features a fun, challenging combination of twisting single-track, wide double track, rolling cross-country with some sand and a bit of pavement. The course is perfect for first-timers and exciting fun for all levels. Please be respectful of other trail users including hikers and equestrian riders in this state park. All events are rain or shine, the course is great to ride in all weather.
