Course Description: The XC trail is a new trail we’re developing in the Hattiban hills. This trail goes through a variety of terrain comprising forest tracks, roots, tree stumps, protruding rocks, earth or gravel paths, and include significant amounts of climbing and descending. The trail is designed to be an 8 km loop, with the elites doing 5 loops (total 40 kms) and the open category riders doing 3 loops (total 24 kms).

The trail is a quick hit gravity experience that throws everything at you – narrow tracks, woodland paths, technical sections and mixture of jumps, humps, banked turns, berms, dips, and natural tables. The larger jumps also have a chicken run, keeping in mind the riders in the open category, most of who are participating just for the fun of it. The emphasis of the course is to test the riders technical skills, physical ability, and of course to have fun.
The trail is a total of 2.1 km with enough thrown in the trail for some high flying acrobatics, if you’re so inclined.
