The inaugural race will be held in Kamloops July 27- 31, 2009 and will become an annual event with a preview event hosted in September 2008. The Intermontane Challenge has been developed by serious mountain bikers for serious mountain bikers because they know firsthand what makes a great day in the saddle. Everyday will be full of famous ‘Kamloops Single Track’ and with Kamloops hospitality, you’ll experience why the Intermontane Challenge is a ‘Must’ for anyone who loves to ride.

This event has 1 race:- MTB STAGE : Our race course will be designed by Kamloops local and former DH & XC pro Dustin Adams. Dustin is working to unleash a course that will bring the SINGLETRACK back to MTB stage racing! With his knowledge of the area and drive to offer the racers the very best experience, Dustin’s course will simply be the standard which all others will be measured by…PERIOD! This will be a true return to the roots of mountainbiking… lot’s of climbing but a sweet reward of epic Kamloops SINGLETRACK around every corner.
